Mountview Lodge Apartments - Bansko

The location of the hotel was ideal for those wanting to hit the slopes, as it was conveniently located near the mountain. the hotel was only a short walk away from the center of town, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the rooms themselves were well-furnished and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchens and cozy fireplaces.

One small drawback of the hotel was the shuttle service, which at times had a longer wait time than expected.

all apartments have fireplace,well-equiped kitchen and good decoration. very helpful staff. there is a mini-bus that drives you to the lift station but with extra credit.there is also a room to store your ski equipment. i would defenately go there again.

spa could have been cleaner.

We had a great stay in this apartment hotel. The rooms were spacious and warm, with comfortable beds for our family of four. We appreciated the fully-equipped kitchenette and the daily cleaning service. The hotel was located in a quiet area, but still close to the center and within easy access to the spa center. We found parking easily and enjoyed the mountain views from our balcony.

Nothing could have been better.

The apartment location was great, just a short walk from the ski slopes and close to various restaurants and pubs. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary facilities for a short stay, including a cozy fireplace which made the stay more enjoyable. the staff was very helpful and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay more pleasant.

The apartment was not as clean as we expected, with some areas not being properly cleaned or maintained. the shower was quite small and uncomfortable to use, which was a bit of a downside during our stay.

Shame on them for this hotel! It was very difficult to find it, no adress on the confirmation, the phone number was in sofia, I payed in liquid just I arrived, on the 4th floor I was it smelled horrible!

Studio was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Towels were changed every day.

Staff is not very cooperative, some do not speak English well. Restaurant is very poor (breakfast is awful, worst breakfast we had in all our trips), the hotel is around 1 km away from the ski-lift and very difficult to find (surrounded by many unfinished construction sites) - it is rather a "construction site view" than a mountview.. Sauna, Jacuzzi, even the Shuttle Bus to the Ski Lift are charged. (2 Eur per person for 1km ). Overall the hotel is rather an average 2 star hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the apartment which allowed us to easily access the ski zone. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals. Additionally, the ski gear storage room was a helpful amenity.

The lack of central heating which made the air dry and the temperature fluctuated throughout the apartment. The bathroom had issues with hot water and the shower drainage. while the location and amenities were helpful, the apartment needs some attention to maintenance issues.

I recently had a great stay at a lovely apartment in Bansko. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Gondola and the beautiful mountains that surround the area. The apartment itself was clean and well looked after, with all the basic amenities you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One highlight was the daily shuttle to the Gondola, which made getting there a breeze. Additionally, the free wifi and free private parking were a nice bonus.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a thing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bansko. the value for money was exceptional - we couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the clean and modern rooms to the great views from the balcony, everything was just perfect. Lastly, the location was ideal. It was a short walk from the city center, but still nestled in the tranquil mountains. We also loved having our own kitchen and facilities in the room, which made our stay even more convenient.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, arranging airport transfers and even setting us up with a great ski hire company. The rooms were clean and spacious, and it was a bonus to have our own kitchen facilities. Plus, the location was perfect, with the Gondola lift just a short distance away.

All in all, everything went smoothly and there was nothing to complain about.
